Fagor's amazing Cast Iron Light cookware uses innovative technology that actually reduces the weight of the cookware

by 50%, making it easier to use while maintaining its celebrated durability, precise temperature control and even heat

distribution. Each piece is coated with a smooth Midnight Blue colored enamel exterior that is resistant to rusting,

chipping and cracking. Unlike traditional Cast Iron cookware, they do not require any additional seasoning to maintain.

The resilient grey non-stick interior ceramic coating is easy to clean and free from PTFE and PFOA. The manufacturing

process respects the environment and has eliminated the use of harmful chemical products. The Midnight Blue

Collection is compatible with all cooktops including induction and is able to go from the stove top or oven for an elegant

table presentation.

ENAMEL ON STEEL PAELLA PAN

Fagor’s Enamel on Steel Paella Pans are perfect for creating

the iconic Spanish paella dish. The pan’s extra wide cooking

surface -2mm, allows for complete versatility on the stove,

in the oven or on the outdoor grill. Can be used as a griddle

and it is perfect for pancakes, eggs, bacon and even steaks.

These Paella Pans are pre seasoned, easy to clean and are

great for stove, oven or grill to table cooking. Available in

12.5” and 15” sizes.
